Network Listings is a co-operative marketing company with more than 100 member offices and approx 1000 agents represented.

Our members represent the bulk of larger Real Estate companies and respected smaller companies in the industry covering the greater Durban area.

The members are governed by a strict code of conduct (similar to that of the Institute of Realtors) which allows the group to co-operate with each other in sharing their individual mandates with other members in the group.

The benefit? Firstly, properties are exposed to a much larger client database. The seller has the dedicated support of the listing agent who undertakes to market his home as if it were a sole mandate. Secondly, the members establish a market value for the property by each calculating a recommended selling price, averaging these out, resulting in an unbiased market related selling price. This allows for a speedy sale at an optimum price. Everybody wins!

One of the objectives of Network Listings is to join members from the industry together, adapting sound marketing methods and encouraging a high standard of professionalism and ethics, which provides protection for both the buyer and the seller.

Should the seller ever be involved in a commission dispute between NL members over a networked property they will be protected from a possible double commission claim by the strict rules of network and the ruling of the NL disputes committee who are tasked with keeping the public out of member’s disputes.
