Network Listings is a co-operative marketing company with more than 150 member offices. Our members represent the bulk of larger Real Estate companies and respected smaller companies in the industry covering the greater Durban area.

The members are governed by a strict code of conduct (similar to that of the Institute of Realtors) which allows the group to co-operate with each other in sharing their individual mandates with other members in the group. The benefit? Firstly, properties are exposed to a much larger client database. The seller has the dedicated support of the listing agent who undertakes to market his home as if it were a sole mandate. Secondly, the members establish a market value for the property by each calculating a recommended selling price, averaging these out, resulting in an unbiased market related selling price. This allows for a speedy sale at an optimum price. Everybody wins!
